How do you handle FAA 8130-3 documentation?
AeroQuote parses every cert document we receive from suppliers, extracts the required fields (part number, condition, approving authority, expiration), and validates them against your PO. Any mismatch is flagged to a human review queue before the part is invoiced to your customer. We retain cert documents per FAA Part 145 traceability requirements.
What if your AI quotes a part wrong?
Every quote is held in your dashboard for approval before it goes to your customer — you review and approve before send. We log every LLM decision and the reasoning behind it, so you can audit any quote back to the source RFQ and supplier responses. If a quote ever gets out wrong, we'll work with you to make it right.
Who sees my customer data and supplier prices?
Only you. We use Supabase (SOC 2 Type II infrastructure) with row-level security so your data is isolated from every other shop on the platform. Your suppliers, customers, and pricing history are not shared, sold, or used to train AI models for anyone but you.
How is this different from Quantum Control or Pentagon 2000?
Those are full enterprise MRO systems built in the 1980s and 1990s, with ERP, inventory, accounting, and quoting all bundled. They cost $1,500–$3,000+/month and require IT projects to deploy. AeroQuote does just the quoting workflow, AI-native, and you start by forwarding an email. We're complementary to those systems, not a replacement.
What happens if I forward an RFQ at 3am?
It runs the same as one at 3pm. Our AI sourcing is 24/7 — there's no on-call team, no business hours, no batch processing. AOG RFQs are prioritized automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual contract. You can downgrade or cancel from the billing dashboard, and your data is exported as JSON on request. We're trying to earn the renewal every month, not lock you in.
